Evil killer Mitchell Quy could be released from prison as early as next June the family of murdered Lynsey have been told by the parole board.
The family got hit with devastating news last week being told Quy was up for parole after having a meeting with a parole officer we got told one of three things will happen
1.He will get moved into a category B prison
2. He will get moved into an open prison
3. Will get full release!
Please help us! Mitchell Quy, was sentenced to life imprisonment for killing his wife Lynsey at their home in Southport, Merseyside. Lynsey, who had two children, was missing for 18 months before police discovered her torso near a roller-coaster in southport.
Her arms and legs were found a day later dumped in bushes next to a railway line but her head and hands were never located.
Life should mean life, however the snowflakes who run the judiciary in this country may let him out on license, if that happens he should not be able to live in the north west.

The issue is not Parole, if he is eligible he is eligible, the problem is the original sentence, the sentences given out have been cut & cut over the years to make the prison population smaller & smaller to save money. The only solution is to spend money and build more prisons and have them fully staffed then the longer sentences can be given.

You're spot on re the snowflakes but I disagree with your opinion "he should not be able to live in the North West" not only should he be allowed to live in the North West but forced to live in Southport where his address would be made public, interesting to see what would happen to him though it would be nothing worth worrying about.

I firmly believe that criminals should serve the full sentence awarded. Instead of giving them time off for good behaviour, they should have additional time added on for bad behaviour.

Exactly! The only problem is that some of them are, sadly, better off in prison than on the outside so may well behave badly to stay there. Even so, serving their full term is better than letting them out early only for them to reoffend in order to get sent back in. It is a sad situation all round for some poor souls but if they are a menace to society, then society must be protected.

Must be horrible for her family and to some extent his,
he is forever tainted with his vile crime and subsequent charade what to do with him I don't know he appears to have little use to society.
Perhaps he should be given a Dignitas voucher for Christmas.
