Good Morning, I am currently investigating multiple exposures in and around Ormskirk town centre, whereby a male described as being white with strawberry blonde hair has been sat in a small black, hatchback car (possibly a Corsa) with a partial reg plate of PF04 or similar, exposing himself to females in the evening times.
If anyone has any information with regards to this you can contact me on the following Non emergency number: 101 or email 3696@lancashire.pnn.police.uk. Thanks for your help PC DALBY

Wouldn't the title of the piece be better written as 'Ormskirk Police searching for a sex offender'?
A 'flasher' really belittles the offence to an almost comedic term. I'd imagine it's a distressing experience and could be a precursor to something far more horrific if not stopped.

I have a colleague who says he's available every second Thursday if they're really struggling to find one - he won't do it if the weather's too cold though - something about not being able to fit it in????
