Paint has been spilt onto the pavement in Hoghton Street during the night close to Stokers.

A shopping trolley has also been abandoned in the road.

Local resident Bill Bates said "I was walking my dog when these two lads came running down Hoghton Street pushing a trolley which tipped over spilling the paint onto the pavement. They ran off shouting abuse at me. I don't know what this town is coming too"

There are TWO abandoned ASDA Trolleys in Forest Road.
