Many appreciations to the Management Team at the "Prince of Wales Hotel" situated here along Lord Street South in the Southport Town Centre for having commenced restorative refurbishment works of their imperial fascia frontage for the benefit of the Local Community.
Having continued to directly liaise myself with the Management Team since the Summer of 2014 I am delighted to have now secured the support of "Britannia Hotels" who also appreciate my modus operandi of operating on a basis of mutual respect & sincerity in order to achieve the best outcome for everyone.
Despite having been subject to rather harsh and inappropriate criticism from Opposition Councillors I should actually like to commend this Establishment which is not only taking a civic pride in a long cherished Building that has graced our beloved local high street since 1876, but for continuing to support our local economy through choosing to preserve and utilise a pre-existing building of local and historical significance.
Having formally pledged my continuing support to seeing this glorious structure brought back to its true majestic splendour I shall continue to provide any and all due restorative guidance and advice as we seek together to make Southport a brighter better place for everyone to live, work and visit.
Onwards & Upwards!

I'll give David his due. He does make basic routine maintenance sound like a wondrous thing to behold.
All credit to him finding the time to write incomprehensible flowery twaddle inbetween court apperances.

Was getting to think that I was in my usual minority of one in commenting about the clownish antics of this individual.
If he should ever finish his diatribes, expressed in the finest pidgin English, about totally unimportant inanimate objects maybe he could possibly extend his magnetic personality towards some of the real issues facing this town i.e. provision of local services, the homeless, and those facing mental health issues, to name but a few.
This guy it seems is in a hermetically sealed bubble which safely insulates him from any semblance of reality .
Insofar as his postulations go it is a simple case of " garbage in, garbage out ".
Having said all this in reality he is not too far removed from the rest of his mates down at the rathous.
Who the hell exactly votes for these social incompetents? I know I certainly don`t.
