Several readers have contacted Qlocal about a strange dome like structure that has appeared at the Water treatment plant on the Marine Drive.

The dome looks like a giant golf ball. Four tall masts are also visible.

Qlocal has attempted to contact United Utility's but nobody was available for comment.
