TIY Prediction League Winner: Peter Prendergast. It was a tie between Peter and Ellen Campbell after 46 games which is quite incredible. The tie breaker came into play which was the person closest to Southport's finishing position and Peter won it on that basis.

Players Player Of The Year: Gary Jones

Honorary Trust Membership: Andy Wright

Goal Of The Season: Adam Blakeman's Goal at Wrexham

Fan Of The Year: John Bennett

Supporters Player Of The Year: Paul Rutherford. The closest ever vote saw Paul come out on top by the narrowest of margins from Gary Jones with Louis Almond in third place
