Qlocal has been contacted by several residents as to the whereabouts of the Conservative candidate Damien Moore.
I have been trying to contact Southport's Conservative Candidate for the General Election on June 8th.
Damien Moore seems to be in hiding and the campaign website has no up to date news. The latest site news is dated 30 March 2017 and gives the election date as 4th May?
I think the electorate of Southport are being taken for granted and Damien Moore thinks we will vote Conservative anyway given the strength of current polls.

I think the issue of were he lives should also be confirmed, we know where our councillors live why not him?

Where is he - look at the picture he's on the pier - are you new?
Blimey if the criteria for voting was proximity to the seat we'd have no one voted in - how far away was Sedgwick from Islington?
Anyway I won't be voting for him as he clearly has no sense of judgment - he's following the current trend of getting measured for a suit and then buying one three sizes too small.

Roving-eye clearly has literacy problems. The reference to 4th May is an article on the local and metro mayor elections that happened recently, not the parliamentary election. There's also a newer article from the end of April about the candidate.
The local Tory organisation may be amateurish, but not quite that amateurish. There are several daily posts - admittedly, mainly repeating central office slogans - on the Southport Conservatives Facebook page.
He may be a dull candidate, who doesn't seem to be making much effort, but even that's better than having a pointless Lib Dem shouting into the ether.

Beware members of Green Party your leaders are advocating that you tactically cast your vote for the Liberals in Southport. A vote for the Liberal Party in Southport is a wasted vote, remember,
"Vote the Liberal way is the middle way to nowhere"
