Arrow Oil On Canvas & Paintings... Newely Obtained

    Hello there,

They looked very good, and I am sure they are not so old, but are they of any value and do you know anything about them, they have a signature in the bottom corners of each, and look to be very good quality, what do you think John?

is the one with the ship on it definatley a painting? it looks like a print...get a magnifying glass and look at the picture closely,,a print you will see loads of tiny dots which all together make a picture and an origonal painting you will see the brush strokes...

if it were me i would first check out the artists on your computer..

by looking at them my opinion would be try selling them at a car boot sale and be asking around £10-£15 each..

Well, thanks but it is definetly a painting, I can see clearly the brush strokes...

I will look up to see if any of the artists are recognized.

Also boot fair for £10 - £15 would be alright, as I paid £1.50 each on the canvas's and £1 on the Ship painting...

Obviously I will not get top dollar at that boot fair as everything seems to go for so cheap @ my local, need to buy there and sell some where else, I may try Newmarket
