I'd also like to know if there's something that Keir should be held account for, and if so, what he's got to say for himself.
The Heil has led with Starmer for over a week, that's why I mentioned it. As far as I know, other papers, of varying hues, haven't made it front page news day after day after day.
Not sure how many rooms Number 10 has is relevant. It's the people in them that are getting fines. As we should find out now that apparently the Gray report can be released.
Agree with you on Starmer. As I've said all along, if he's broken the law, he should also get a FPN.

Starmer the liar and his deputy another liar have to go, no if's no but's they have spent weeks telling us Johnson and Sunak need to go for far less.
They had no need to be in Durham for the advertised quiz and social.
The zoom calls could have been done from home.
The takeaway could have been eaten in his hotel or at home.
The brass neck of the man is appalling.
Hopefully his succesor will hold an inquiry like Boris has requested into the Labour Party.
Lets get rid of them and get on with the many things that need doing.
These two liars have wasted enough time already.

For those who like detail:
'Labour ordered £200-worth of takeaway curries for Sir Keir Starmer’s Beergate lockdown bash
A delivery driver dropped off biryanis, bhunas and tikka masalas, rice and naan breads for the late-night session — casting fresh doubt on claims it was a work break.
Food was delivered by award-winning The Capital Indian restaurant to the Durham Miners’ Hall on April 30 last year
The group, which included deputy leader Angela Rayner, tucked in while swigging bottles of San Miguel — as those in England were banned from socialising indoors.'

Anyone tried San Miguel?
I love the verb 'swigging' here.

Well, on this forum, the acceptability of the Mail has varied over time! Sure, the Mail has been leading with Starmer. Probably, the Express has been doing the same. I'd expect the Guardian and the Indy have been and will be more likely to lead with Johnson and Partygate.
Regards Number 10, with it having 100 rooms, I question if the true number of parties held there will ever be established? If for example there were multiple groups of people partying there across a couple of dozen rooms, does that count as one overall party or as multiple parties? And if there were a slew of parties happening in the complex, who could definitively establish how many took place? Whatever is thought of as the number of parties held could be an underestimate.

Good to see you constantly saying Starmer must, it shows you view him as a threat to Boris, the way you are going on now shows you are approaching panic mode!

Who would be troubled /inconvenienced …?
Suppose now Keir Starmer were to announce his resignation and a Labour leadership contest triggered; who would be more troubled, or even inconvenienced?- the PM's position would become even more untenable
- Starmers' staid, lawyerly PMQ cross-examinations have exhausted their usefulness
- to whatever extent local elections are barometers, the next parliament could be severely hung such that neither the Conservatives nor the Labour party are remotely close to a 'working majority '
- both Conservatives and Labour parties would likely reset their respective offerings

Agreed. If Starmer has to go for breaking the law in a single incident, then Bunter will have to go for breaking his own laws over and over and over. I don't know if Starmer denied breaking the laws while speaking to Parliament, but Bunter did. Again, over and over. That is completely undeniable, on video, in Hansard.
So we have a situation where an (allegedly) dishonest LotO has to resign. IF he's found guilty. And an undeniably dishonest PM has to resign. He IS guilty.
Good. Starmer is no huge loss, the public haven't really warmed to him. Bunter is a cancer in our democratic process. Win / win.
The only question that remains is who will replace them.

Boris has already got out ahead of Starmer by thinking it through, accepting fault, reorganising his team and setting up an inquiry.
Starmer has built a king sized rod for his own pious back .
He literally has not left himself anywhere to go.
Boris sees no threat in Starmer and I am certain he would not be bothered if he stays or goes now.
Boris's couldn't have had a much worse buildup for a mid term election and yet the punters sat on their hands and stayed at home.
Boris has out thought Starmer again, he took the opprobrium and let it run.
I wondered why he said so little and it's clear he probably knew all along that this was brewing.
Starmer even if miraculously cleared is fatally wounded.
No one believes his story and everyone hates a hypocrite.
He didn't even need to go to The Durham quiz and social Beir night.
It wasn't necessary he just thought I'm too clever,
he isn't.

Starmer has potentially hoisted himself (and Angela Rayner) by his own petard. Yes.
And there's always the court of public opinion. Yes.
But...what's this?

And actually...what's this nonsense?!

You mean: he repeatedly lied until caught out and given a fixed penalty notice, with potentially more revelations in the pipeline!

All along, all part of a cunning plan, eh?
