Whilst most people are adhering to the current lockdown, there are some who think it’s acceptable to not.

I have just appeared at the rugby club on Carr Lane at Tarleton to find a group of youths who have not stuck around to chat and legged it across the fields.

Do you know where your children are this evening? If not, I maybe visiting you this evening with your child in tow and you run the risk of getting a fine.

This lockdown is in place to protect us all from the virus. We appreciate all who are following the guidelines, together we will get through it. We don’t want the minority to ruin it for the rest of us

There are a number of youngsters who are unable to relate to adults due to their sheltered upbringing. These young people cannot socialise well and are unable to discuss many topics with clarity. Any specific verbal interaction, particularly with uniformed Police Authority personnel is highly challenging to them, and must be avoided at all costs. This is the reason why they disappear so fast. It is nothing personal.
