Officers have stopped a vehicle in Southport after seeing the driver using a mobile phone.

As a result Jamie Thornhill age 32 of Heathfield Road has been arrested and charged with disqualified driving, driving without insurance and driving whilst using a handheld phone

Meanwhile, a local search has been launched for his missing brain cell.

There should be a mandatory lifetime ban for this idiot.
