Officers have stopped a vehicle in Southport after seeing the driver using a mobile phone.
As a result Jamie Thornhill age 32 of Heathfield Road has been arrested and charged with disqualified driving, driving without insurance and driving whilst using a handheld phone

Sure, but the only problem is that bans don't stop morons like this, pity we can't install a chip in their hand which sets off car alarms if he gets hold of a steering wheel.
