Many Councils have sealed up litter bins in local beauty spots so their workers can focus on more important issues. But local dog walkers think that they can just dump their poo bags by the bin rather than take them home.

Just take it home with you.

Quite. Why bother bagging it if they're just going to leave it there. Would be better to just leave it unbagged to decompose.

There are unfortunately a large number of dog owners who have a dog simply to keep in with a trend. They neither know anything about owning such an animal, nor are they aware of the responsibility of looking after a dog. This is so obvious from the number of dogs heard barking in all neighbourhoods. Those dogs are bored! The owners could not care less about the dogs welfare, nor other people who have to listen to the endless disturbance - the dogs are shut in a garden all day long because the owners are too dense to know, or too lazy to take their chosen pet out for exercise twice a day.

It is the same with cleaning up after the animal. To these dog owners it is sufficient to walk around the neighbourhood to show that they own a dog. It is the trend! But again, they do not want to take the responsibility of actual ownership and they do not care about other people - they are of the illusion that just by having the dog they are doing society a favour. Like I said, these people have a lot to learn!

Unfortunately some dog owners can’t be bothered to bend down and pick up the mess the dog leaves. I know someone who followed a dog owner and posted it back through their. Post box never seen the dog walker again.
