Liverpool Echo has reported that:

Staff at a Job Centre were threatened before a man rammed a car into a police vehicle.

Police rushed to Eastbank Street in Southport at around 4.30pm on Monday, January 10, following reports of a man behaving aggressively in the Job Centre.

It was reported the man assaulted and made threats to a staff member at the Job Centre before deliberately driving his car into a police vehicle at the scene.
