There you go. You don't mind the population suffering so long as it keeps alive for you your delusion that an unpopular PM will herald the "extinction" of the Tory party. You hate the Tories so much you're wishing for a continuation of the suffering to the population you've often complained about happening, for a result that exists in your mind, not in reality.
I seem to recall Hamble once asking why someone was posting (or reposting) something about Tories being hung from lampposts? Was that you?

A bit more suffering would be preferable to ensure the complete extinction, we don't want it to to be like a moorland fire keeping popping up and causing more trouble.

Anyone noticed how Johnson, Raab or any of the others keep saying "the people want us to move on from partygate"?
Err
1. They're angry about much more than that.
2. It dragged on because instead of telling the truth, you lied, then lied about the lie, then blamed others....

That's a complete delusion. A sacrifice for a delusion. Like an old-fashioned religion or zealot.
I surmise it was you who posted or reposted about hanging Tories from lampposts. Then again, as you know, you can post with impunity on the forum.

A non-denial denial.

In the American South, particularly around the turn of the 20th century, there were a lot of like-minded people to you, also twisted by hatred, who also perceived a tree as a handy apparatus to hang the enemy.

As I say, you've long-believed you can post with impunity on this forum and experience has indeed long proved you correct in that belief.

So I am listening to You and Yours today which was doing a special feature on student loans, etc.
People were calling in with stories about themselves and their families and some minor government twonk ( Nick Hillman?) was being asked about them.
The falling-off of people enrolling on medicine courses didn't seem to trouble him. And then someone called whose daughter was planning to be nurse.
The point was made that a degree is a prerequisite for a career in nursing. And that on graduation she would be close to £100,000 in debt. Her mother suggested she would carry this debt for life.
To which this genius blithely replied that she shouldn't worry because her earnings would never been sufficient to trigger the repayments.
oh well that's OK then.
Are we really prepared to put up with this kind of thing any longer?

Probably true.
Just educate the working classes enough.

Blame Tony Blair, yep him all those years ago.
Now the faux universities are hooked on the cash to fund their property empires.

I think a summer of industrial action will put paid to Johnson, if his own MPs don't approach the 1922 lot with a request for a rule change first.

Strange, I think Johnson will be strengthened by the industrial action, so many things not working when everyone and his wife know that so few of our financial problems are within our or his control.
Covid and Putin are very expensive.
Probably why Sir Beir isn't on the picket line and doesn't want his shadow team on.
We shall see.

Seems the latest superinjunction involves Bunter getting his Canadian hairdresser pregnant.
Carrie insisted he get a vasectomy, presumably so her kids get a decent share of the cash when he karks it. Hence the 'sinus' op.
I have difficulty believing it. There's no way that man has a hairdresser.
He should have stuck to 'Private Eye' sex.

Superinjunctions don't work so well in these days of social media.
Wonder who paid the costs of all that? And paying the woman to leave the country; although why they bothered who knows? Johnson's reputation is so flatlined it would hardly make a difference.
there is also a story about a music teacher.
After all he is only doing to them what he has been doing to the country.

You'd think superinjunctions wouldn't work, but there's only Private Eye brave enough to go into detail about the 'compromising position' Carrie Antoinette was in.
And the trying to get her a £100k job at the FO that she was supremely qualified for with a BA in theatre studies. Hardly mentioned.
I heard it was a violinist, not a music teacher. A Russian violinist, no less.
As has been mentioned, like a dog with diarrhea. By the time they've cleared up one, another stinking mess comes squirting out.
But yes, it's difficult to keep the truth out of social media. Again, if you've watched 'The Undeclared War' on C4, the Russian bot factories work so hard it's tricky to tell fact from fiction. Though it seems their usual MO is nothing more sophisticated than writing 'I love Brexit'.
